Topic: Focusing on professional responsibilities, particularly for attorneys representing servicemember and veteran clients, this engaging presentation will provide three one-hour sessions: (1) common legal ethics issues, (2) ethical considerations when helping domestic violence victims, and (3) attorneys’ ethical obligations regarding technology.
FREE for all military attorneys (Judge Advocates), military paralegals, and civilian attorneys employed by the military who sign-up before the live webinar. There is a modest fee for others.
